Prestige Computer Services (PCS), ISO Certified and locally incorporated in Qatar since 2020, is a leading wholesale reseller of brand-new and pre-owned IT products from top global brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Apple. We offer a wide range of devices, accessories, and high-end IT equipment, available for sale or rental, to support businesses, events, and sports tournaments across Qatar.

1. Brand‑New Devices

Warranty:

Every brand‑new device comes with the manufacturer’s official warranty (typically 12 months, as stated on your invoice). PCS assists with warranty claims via authorized service centres. Exclusions include cosmetic damage, battery wear, and chargers/power failures. Customers are responsible for delivery or return shipping to the PCS Service Centre.

Returns & Exchanges:

You may return or exchange sealed, brand‑new items within 7 days of purchase (box unopened, original packaging intact). Once opened and switched on, the device becomes non‑returnable, but remains fully covered under its warranty.

Refunds:

Refunds for eligible returns (if any) are processed via bank transfer (no cash), within 7 working days of approval. A 2% processing fee applies to POS payments. For any additional service, warranty, or return inquiries, email qc@pcsdoha.net

2. Pre‑Owned Devices

Warranty:

Pre‑owned devices include a limited time warranty from PCS  (the exact duration mentioned on the invoice). Coverage excludes physical damage, battery degradation, and power issues. For Laptops, a minimum of 2 Hours of battery backup is covered under the warranty. All items must be submitted to the PCS Service Centre for assessment; repair charges for any damage will follow OEM pricing in the country.

Returns & Exchanges:

Pre‑owned devices can be returned within 7 days and exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they’re in original condition with all included accessories and the original invoice.

Refunds:

Refund requests must be emailed to qc@pcsdoha.net. Refunds are via bank transfer within 7 working days; POS returns incur a 2% fee for the customer. No refunds will be processed without the original purchase invoice.

Additional Notes.

a. Chargers, cables, bags, and all other accessories are strictly non‑returnable and non‑refundable, and do not carry any warranty, whether sold bespoke or bundled.

bAll returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are null and void without the original purchase receipt/invoice given to the customer at the time of purchase.

c. If the device is physically damaged (after sale), repaired by any service center other than authorized PCS service centers, or if the Prestige Computers specific barcode is removed, tampered with, or altered in any way, the PCS warranty and refund policy will be null and void.
